September 2015 East Bay Housing Market RE Weather Report | From the Bay East Association of Realtors

While prices continue to increase in some areas of the East Bay, many cities are now beginning to see a slowing in sales activity and even decreased growth or price drops in some East Bay markets. While we at Tax Pro Realty have been noting this trend for some weeks already, The Bay East Association of Realtors has just released a video newscast with some detailed statistics comparing August 2015 trends to this same time last year.
